Downloading QIF Files for Use in
Quicken and Microsoft Money.  

To use the QIF file, select and list a range of transactions in Internet Banking that you wish to put into your financial software, then click on "download in [program] format". Save the file in a location on their hard drive or floppy that you will be able find later. 

Once you have downloaded the file, you will need to import the QIF file into your financial software, following the instructions available from the software vendor. Unfortunately, because of the complexities of software packages, we cannot provide direct technical support for another company's products.

QIF File Download Instructions 
1. At the Internet Banking Menu screen, select VIEW ACCOUNTS. 
2. Scroll down and select Account Type and use the drop down menu to select the DOWNLOAD function. Click on CONTINUE. 
3. At Account Download screen, select desired date range, then select 
file format QIF/QUICKEN/MONEY from drop down menu. Click on ACCOUNT DOWNLOAD. 
4. The file has been created, at TRANSACTION DOWNLOAD screen, select CLICK HERE to download the file. 
5. At FILE DOWNLOAD pop up gray screen select "save this file to disk" and select your Quicken or Microsoft Money folder.

After that time, you will be able to access your account information via your computer.
