Health Savings Account (HSA) Checking

When you buy a high-deductible insurance policy to cover major medical expenses, you need to set money aside in a Health Savings Account to pay for everyday health care costs.  Money earned in a HSA accumulates tax-free, and whatever is withdrawn for qualified medical expenses is also tax-free.
